Classes
When you are kind to your body, it responds in wonderful ways. Restore and renew through a subtle balance of effort and relaxation. Classes consist of traditional yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra), and meditation (dhyana).
All ages and abilities can benefit tremendously from a regular yoga practice, so please contact First Thought Yoga about any special needs.
