About First Thought Yoga

Anna Tecson (500 RYT), Director of First Thought Yoga, has practiced yoga for more than 20 years. She has had the privilege of studying with many diverse and knowledgeable teachers. She received her primary teacher certification in the Sivananda tradition and her advanced training in therapeutic yoga and the Tantric traditions. Having experienced the inspiration and fulfillment of a regular and devoted practice, she is grateful for opportunity to bring yoga to the lives of others.
